Care Coordinator

At the Celebration Health Spine Center, we realize that patients with back & neck pain and other issues are faced with many challenges when making decisions about treatment. That is why the Clinical Care Coordinator is such a key member of our health care team.

Kimberly Blachura, BSN, MBA, RN, our Clinical Care Coordinator for the Spine Center, is a registered nurse and is here to help you navigate through the continuum of care. She is a loyal source for support and direction and will be with you every step of the way, from managing appointments to follow-up care and guidance.

This service is free of charge and is designed to help you through the process of diagnosis, treatment, and recovery. Kimberly is determined to help you achieve a full recovery - mind, body and spirit.

The Clinical Care Coordinator provides the following services and support tailored to a patient's individual needs:

  • Rapid scheduling of appointments for consultation, diagnostic procedures, and surgery
  • Education about diagnosis and treatment
  • Information about symptom management
  • Resource for support, direction and referrals
  • A personal liaison between you and your physician

Anyone can self-refer to the Clinical Care Coordinator at any time. All calls are free and confidential; no insurance is required to call or meet with Kimberly.
